Unlike traditional trick-or-treat trails where guests meet character performers in person, Villains Grove relies entirely on dreamlike lighting, atmospheric music, projection mapping, cascading fog, and eerie soundscapes to evoke the presence of Disney’s most iconic villains.
It turns the tranquil Redwood forest into a series of enchanting, villain-inspired scenescapes that feel more magically haunting than genuinely terrifying.
The point-of-view (POV) video lets you sit back and soak in every detail of the trail’s haunting transformation. The ambient video highlights several fan-favorite scenes throughout the walk:
