Disney Expanding Center for Living Well Network With Three New Employee Health Facilities
The Walt Disney Company is expanding its Center for Living Well network with three new locations designed to provide healthcare services for Cast Members, employees, and their families. The expansion will add another facility in Central Florida, a new location near Disney’s headquarters in Burbank, and a new Center for Living Well in the Anaheim area.

Disney’s Center for Living Well program has been operated by Premise Health since its launch and currently includes a health center and pharmacy near EPCOT, which opened in 2008, a pharmacy in Anaheim that opened in 2013, and a health center and pharmacy in Celebration that opened in 2020. The facilities are available to eligible Disney Cast Members, employees, and family members enrolled in qualifying Disney-sponsored medical plans.
The centers are designed to make healthcare more convenient by placing services closer to where employees live and work. Depending on the location, services can include primary care, pharmacy, lab work, behavioral health, women’s health, physical therapy, nutrition, vision care, medical fitness, and other specialty services. Disney says patients are typically seen within five minutes of check-in, while the My Premise Health portal gives members access to scheduling, provider messaging, and lab results.

The upcoming Burbank and Central Florida locations are both expected to open in 2027 and will offer primary care, onsite pharmacy services, behavioral health, psychiatry, lab services, care management, and physical therapy. The new Central Florida facility will go even further with medical fitness, vision, chiropractic care, massage, and nutrition services. Exact services and an opening timeline for the new Anaheim location are still being finalized.
The expansion gives Disney employees and Cast Members even more options for accessing care close to work, continuing a healthcare program that has now been part of the company for nearly two decades.
