Disneyland Auditions Open for Vocalists, Actors, and Movers for the Holidays

If you’ve ever dreamed of spreading holiday cheer at the Happiest Place on Earth, your moment has arrived! Disney Live Entertainment is officially holding open call auditions for talented vocalists, actors, and advanced movers to join two limited-run holiday show offerings at Disney California Adventure Park in Anaheim, California.

The auditions are seeking talent for two festive entertainment experiences returning for the holiday season:

• “Mirabel’s Gifts of The Season” – A festive party celebration taking place outside the Casita where Mirabel and her family and friends share their favorite holiday traditions.
• “A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel” – A heartwarming musical offering featuring traditional seasonal tunes alongside Miguel from Pixar’s Coco.

Disney is seeking strong vocalists, actors, and advanced movers for several principal roles:

Mirabel’s Gifts of The Season

• Mirabel (Female-presenting, Alto/Mezzo): Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover. The ultimate Madrigal cheerleader and host of her Christmas party outside Casita.
• Doña Sophia (Female-presenting, Alto): Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover. A wise, sweet matriarchal figure serving as a “guardian” to Mirabel.
• Don Armando (Male-presenting, Baritone/Tenor): Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover. Playful “uncle” archetype with a wise, guardian quality.
• Diego (Male-presenting, Tenor): Youthful, fun-loving friend of Mirabel who is obsessed with the legend of Bruno. Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover.
• Antonella (Female-presenting, Mezzo): Quirky, fun-loving friend who dreams of creating beautiful flowers like Isabela. Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover.
• Gabriella (Female-presenting, Alto): Youthful, energetic friend who dreams of being as strong as Luisa. Strong vocalist, actor, and advanced mover.

A Musical Christmas with Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland & Miguel

• Carlos (Male-presenting, Baritone/Tenor): Strong mariachi-style vocalist and actor. Warm, engaging, and full of holiday spirit; helps bring seasonal sounds to life alongside Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland. Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Compensation & Requirements

• Pay Rate: $39.72 per hour
• Union Status: Roles are covered under the collective bargaining agreement with the American Guild of Variety Artists (AGVA). Candidates must be eligible and willing to join AGVA or be members in good standing.
• Age & Work Authorization: Performers must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Grooming Standards: Performers must comply with all Disney grooming guidelines and employment standards.
