Chef Carlos at EPCOT

He works closely with Canadian Cultural Representatives to bring authentic perspectives and storytelling into the restaurant’s dining experience.

Chef Koli at Disneys Hollywood Studios

At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Chef Koli finds inspiration by listening to guests. His childhood memories of watching his mother prepare meals with ingredients from the family farm continue to shape his approach, and conversations with diners at locations such as Backlot Express often help inspire new culinary ideas.

Chef Charles at Disneys Animal Kingdom

Inside Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Chef Charles helps create dishes at Satu’li Canteen that feel both familiar and adventurous. Chef Gregory at The Ganachery

At Disney Springs, Chef Gregory adds a sweet finish to the group through his work as an assistant sous chef chocolatier at The Ganachery. Tropical flavors including guava, passion fruit, and coconut allow him to share pieces of his Salvadoran heritage through handcrafted chocolates while connecting with guests from around the world.

Together, these five chefs show that some of the most memorable Disney moments can be served on a plate, poured into a bowl, or wrapped in chocolate.
