Nine Dragons Restaurant Raises Prices and Refreshes the Menu at EPCOT

Nine Dragons Restaurant has updated its menu with several new dishes while increasing prices across much of its appetizer, entrée, kids’ menu, and beverage offerings. While most of the increases are modest, guests returning for a favorite meal may notice a few familiar items have disappeared in favor of new additions.

Among the biggest menu changes are the replacement of the Stuffed Crab Claw with new Sichuan Cucumbers, featuring crisp cucumber strips tossed with cilantro, peanuts, and a spicy mala sauce. The Crab & Corn Soup has also been replaced by a new Wonton Soup filled with shrimp, crab, and chicken in a Sichuan chili broth. On the entrée side, the Typhoon Shelter Sole has been swapped out for Sweet and Sour Cod, made with deep-fried Alaska cod, asparagus, dried red pepper, and a tangy sauce.

Several returning favorites also received $1 to $2 price increases, including Honey Sesame Chicken, Spicy Honey Crispy Chicken, Kowloon Spare Ribs, Canton Pepper Beef Stir Fry, Glazed Prawns with Pistachios, Sichuan Shui Zhu Beef, Kung Pao Dao, and the Spicy Ma La Happy Family. Kids’ meals each increased by $1, while popular frozen beverages like the Strawberry Slushy, Mango Slushy, and Shangri-La Slushy also saw slight price bumps. Even parts of the wine list received updates, including new pricing for select wines and a new rosé replacing the previous Pinot Noir option.

While no one loves paying a little more, the addition of several new dishes gives returning guests a reason to try something different on their next visit around World Showcase.
