Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets Logo Installed on Iconic Guitar at Hollywood Studios
The finishing touches are coming together fast for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, and now the attraction’s massive iconic guitar finally has its new headliner.
Disney has officially installed the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets logo sign on the giant red guitar outside the attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, marking one of the biggest visible milestones yet in the coaster’s Muppet-fueled transformation.

Guests visiting the park on May 8 spotted the new logo freshly mounted to the left side of the guitar structure, replacing the former Aerosmith branding that defined the attraction’s entrance for more than two decades.
The updated sign keeps a familiar overall style and placement compared to the original version, helping preserve the classic look longtime fans instantly recognize while still introducing the chaotic charm of The Muppets. It’s essentially the same legendary guitar… just with significantly more felt and considerably less Steven Tyler. 🎸🐸
The addition is just the latest in a rapid-fire series of visible updates around the attraction as Disney races toward the coaster’s May 26 grand reopening.
Over the past several days, Disney has also added “Muppets” branding to the attraction courtyard entrance, updated the famous upside-down limo’s license plate to read “MUPP3TS,” installed the new attraction poster outside the building, and begun filling the queue with Electric Mayhem concert posters teasing the ride’s storyline.
The reimagined attraction will feature guests racing through Los Angeles alongside Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem as they attempt to make it to a huge Hollywood concert on time. Disney has already released the ride’s full soundtrack lineup, which includes rock covers performed by the Muppets band themselves.
Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club previews are scheduled to begin later this month ahead of the official opening day.
At this point, the coaster’s transformation is becoming impossible to miss. Between the posters, the MUPP3TS license plate, the attraction logo, and the Electric Mayhem takeover vibes, Hollywood Studios is looking less like Sunset Boulevard and more like the backstage parking lot of the weirdest rock concert ever assembled.
