Disney Confirms First Returning Entertainment for Jollywood Nights 2026 at Hollywood Studios
Disney is already polishing the tinsel and tuning the jazz band for another season of Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. New casting calls released by Disney Live Entertainment have officially confirmed the return of Holidays in Hollywood for the 2026 holiday season.

The fan-favorite stage show takes place at Theater of the Stars and serves as one of the signature entertainment offerings during the separately ticketed holiday event. Styled like a glamorous vintage Hollywood television special with a modern Disney twist, the production blends live music, dancing, holiday standards, and character appearances into a retro Christmas spectacular dripping in old-school charm.
Disney’s casting notice confirms that Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy will once again appear in the show alongside Tiana, Belle, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse. The production also features live jazz musicians, swing-inspired choreography, and a lineup of vocalists designed to channel classic big-band holiday vibes.
The newly released audition details offer an interesting peek behind the curtain at the show’s musical direction. Disney is searching for performers with styles inspired by legendary artists like Ella Fitzgerald and Brian Setzer, while Tiana’s vocalist is expected to deliver powerhouse riffs inspired by Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”

Belle, meanwhile, will continue performing “As Long As There’s Christmas” in the same key and musical style heard in the original Beauty and the Beast holiday soundtrack.
Disney is also casting dancers proficient in musical theater jazz and swing, with partnering and lifts considered a plus for the high-energy production.
Online submissions for both vocalists and dancers remain open through May 25, 2026, with contracts expected to run from mid-September 2026 through early January 2027. Notably, Disney’s casting information suggests housing may once again be available for out-of-town performers participating specifically in Jollywood Nights.

Disney Jollywood Nights debuted in 2023 and has steadily evolved into Hollywood Studios’ signature holiday after-hours event, featuring rare characters, exclusive entertainment, themed food and drinks, shorter attraction waits, and a heavy dose of vintage Hollywood Christmas atmosphere. The return of Holidays in Hollywood signals Disney is leaning once again into the glitzy retro aesthetic that has become the event’s calling card.
And honestly, if Kermit and Miss Piggy singing Christmas tunes under glowing Hollywood lights isn’t enough to put you in the holiday spirit, the problem may actually be the Ghost of Christmas Past. 🎄🐸✨
