Universal Orlando Unwraps 2025 Holiday Season with New Who-Ville Tree Lot and Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge at CityWalk
The holidays are about to get extra merry and slightly mischievous at Universal Orlando Resort! The resort has just revealed full details for its 2025 holiday celebration, running November 21, 2025, through January 3, 2026, featuring returning favorites, new experiences, and a dash of Grinchy charm.
This year’s festivities bring something for everyone—whether you’re a butterbeer-sipping wizard, a Who from Whoville, or just someone who can’t resist a good holiday milkshake.

What’s New for 2025
The headline addition this season is the Who-Ville Tree Lot, a brand-new area in Seuss Landing filled with delightfully crooked and colorful trees themed to Dr. Seuss characters. It’s the perfect spot for a photo op, or maybe a dramatic reading of How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Meanwhile, over at Universal CityWalk, the fan-favorite Green & Red Coconut Club returns with a fresh overlay—Mistletoe Pines Ski Lodge—turning the venue into a retro alpine escape complete with themed cocktails, cozy holiday vibes, and an appearance by none other than Earl the Squirrel, who’s celebrating Earl’s Twelve Days of Christmas upstairs.

Returning Holiday Favorites

Holidays in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
All three Wizarding Worlds—Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade, and now Wizarding Paris at Epic Universe—will glimmer with holiday decorations this year. Guests can sip hot Butterbeer, browse magical holiday merchandise, and enjoy festive performances by Celestina Warbeck, the Banshees, and The Frog Choir. The beloved Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle nighttime projection show also returns.
Epic Universe’s First Christmas
For the first time ever, Epic Universe joins the celebration with special holiday touches in Celestial Park and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. Expect twinkling lights, themed decor, and maybe even a few out-of-this-world surprises.

Seasonal Eats, Treats, and Merch
From specialty doughnuts to themed cocktails and a holiday milkshake at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, the culinary lineup promises enough festive flavor to fill a sleigh. Exclusive ornaments, scarves, and apparel will also hit shops across the resort.
Resort-Wide Holiday Spirit
All 11 Universal Orlando hotels will celebrate with their own tree lightings, menorah ceremonies, carolers, and special dining for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

Ring in 2026 at Universal
New Year’s Eve celebrations will light up the parks, CityWalk, and resort hotels, with details still to come—but if Universal’s past events are any indication, it’ll be a bash worth staying up for.
Looks like the Grinch’s heart isn’t the only thing growing this season—Universal’s holiday lineup just keeps getting bigger and brighter!
