Disney’s Animal Kingdom Guest Relations Moves To New Location

Ever feel a little lost navigating the wonders of Disney’s Animal Kingdom? Don’t worry, that’s where Guest Services comes in! But for those planning a trip soon, take note: Guest Services has recently relocated – temporarily!

As refurbishment gets underway at their usual spot, Guest Services has shifted operations to a convenient new location. You’ll now find them occupying the first set of ticket booths on the left-hand side just before the park entrance. Look for the clear signage to guide you.

This temporary setup ensures guests continue to receive the same fantastic service and support they’ve come to expect. Whether you have a question about park logistics, need help with lost and found, or require disability access assistance, the friendly Cast Members at Guest Services are there to assist.
