Take an inside look and ride along of Tron Lightcycle Run in the Magic Kingdom
Good Morning America received a sneak peek at Tron Lightcycle Run ahead of the Spring 2023 opening date. Talk about an AMAZING Christmas Present!
In the video, they shared an inside look at the Ride Queue along with the Tron Lightycle Ride Vehicles which look pretty tight… They kinda remind me of the ride vehicles for Flight of Passage in the Animal Kingdom.

Included in the Good Morning America Video the crew also were able to ride an almost completed Tron Coaster, we do know that the walkway into the attraction is close to being complete!
GMA experiences Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland rollercoaster “Tron: Light Cycle Run.” Disney’s new coaster is set to open in the spring of 2023 as its new “fastest” coaster.
Just a few days ago the Walt Disney World Railroad reopened to guests and we were able to peek behind the walls into the construction of Tron Lightcycle Run.
Between all of the testing, we have seen in the past few weeks, to information like how the attraction will offer Alternative Seating for Plus Size Guests we expect that Tron will open in EARLY Spring.
Even the audio on the Tomorrowland People Mover even mentions Tron Now:
I know we are excited about the opening of Tron Lightcycle Run. We expect Cast Member Testing to be underway sometime in January.
