McDonald’s Holiday Pies Returning Just in Time for Christmas
McDonald’s is getting in on the holiday spirit this year in a big way. The fast food giant is bringing back their iconic Holiday Pie again this year but this time around, it will be available nationwide starting in early December.
The Holiday Pie consists of creamy smooth, vanilla custard nestled in a flaky, buttery crust glazed with sugar and topped with rainbow sprinkles. The seasonal dessert debuted in 1999 and typically pops back into the rotation during the wintertime.

Reappearing in 2021, the holiday pie has officially been sighted for two consecutive Christmas seasons. However, that doesn’t mean getting your hands on one will be as easy as singing “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”
The festive treat will only be available at a few, undisclosed McDonald’s locations.
Due to the pie’s limited availability, be sure to check the menu for your local restaurant by calling ahead or visiting the McDonald’s app to avoid disappointment at the drive-thru.
