Josh D’Amaro has heard the call of the fans for a Villains Land, and it might be coming in the form of a potential expansion of the Magic Kingdom park.
Fans have been pleading for years to get more Villains in the park. D’Amaro has stated “Beyond Big Thunder Mountain” lies the promise of a new Villains Land. The project would not only bring a Villains Land to the area behind Frontierland, but also infuse Coco and Encanto into the theme park as well.

While no timeline or commitments have been made on the part of Disney, Josh D’Amaro shared concept art of what this prospective new area could look like in the future. This announcement was one of many shared by parks chairman Josh D’Amaro in a blockbuster parks panel capping off a successful D23 Expo in Anaheim California. We are eager to hear more about Villains Land and other park expansions as Disney continues to move forward and celebrate 100 years in a big way.
