We saw a lot of delicious burgers at Walt Disney World around National Burger Day on May 28th. Honestly, Disney parks carry a lot of great burgers and they have some really interesting versions! With plant-based options, funky toppings, and even colorful buns, you would think we had seen it all when it comes to Disney burgers. But we have never seen a burger from Vivoli Il Gelato in Disney Springs!

Named “The Burgerlato,” you’ll find this delightful mouthful in Disney Springs. Vivoli Il Gelato has been making Bombolatos for quite a while. That’s what you call an Italian doughnut that’s been stuffed with gelato. They still have a Cinnamon Roll Bombolato on the menu, and of course there’s a build-your-own option too. The Burgerlato has a truffle brownie, cake batter gelato, strawberry sauce, and bacon, sandwiched in a warm Italian doughnut. It’s like a sweet and creamy bacon burger!

Bombolatos cost between $7 and $10, depending on the version you choose. If that doesn’t sound appealing to you, there are still plenty of choices on the menu. Try a Blueberry Cannoli, Hard Root Beer Float, or even a simple scoop of gelato. With fantastic flavors like Chocolate Hazelnut, Mint Chocolate Chip, Lemon Bar, and an alcoholic Cabernet Sorbetto, you can never go wrong at Vivoli Il Gelato!
