New Mexico Pavilion Alebrije Shoulder Plush Now Available at EPCOT. Two new shoulder plush have popped up last week in the Mexico Pavillion in Disney’s Epcot. These are the first two non-Disney shoulder plush characters to appear in Walt Disney World. The new shoulder plush are Alebrije’s.
Alebrije is a brightly colored Mexican folk art sculpture of fantastical (fantasy/mythical) creatures. First seen on screen in the Disney movie CoCo. Think Dante or the giant Pepita who is a cross between a jaguar or a cougar, an eagle, and several other animals.

Above you can see the newest Alebrije Shoulder Plush is blue with pink wings and various bright colors all over. The dog fox dragon winged creature looks great.
Below you can see the other shoulder plush resembles a lizard with a tongue sticking out, blue wings, and orange, and other colors.
