Try the Passion Fruit Mousse from the Encanto Booth at Festival of the Arts. Vibrante & Vivido: Encanto Cocina, located between France and Morocco, is a stand-out booth so far at this year’s Festival of the Arts in Epcot. The Booth features Authentic Columbian cuisine inspired by Disney’s animated film “Encanto“

We got a chance to try the new desserts and food and can only say how amazing the flavors are. The Mousse is a stand-out by far. With a smooth texture on the outside and a berry-type Dragonfruit filling, with the adorable flower white chocolate top. It makes for a delicious but not to sweet snack.

Other Snacks and Treats you can find at the Encanto-inspired booth are House-made Chorizo and Potato Empanada, Spicy Ajiaco Soup. For those looking for a cool-down drink to relax with we highly recommend the Passion fruit daiquiri.
