It’s Christmas Time at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. One of the best-themed resorts at Walt Disney World is the Wilderness Lodge, and when it is Christmas time, the theming becomes even better. We got a chance to get over to the resort and got to enjoy some Holiday time with our family and bring back some images to share.
Without a doubt the theming this year makes Wilderness Lodge the best resort to visit. With the Giant Christmas Tree in the lobby, to all the nooks filled with smaller trees. The swag hanging from each level inside is fantastic. More swag decorates the geyser area of the lobby. All the while, Holiday music plays while you explore the lights and decorations.
The only detraction we have this year is the lack of Gingerbread house that Disney had started doing in the resort in 2019. That is such a small detail, that it will not affect your day of exploring the resort.

Inspired by turn-of-the-century National Park lodges, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge celebrates American craftsmanship and honors the beauty of the untamed wilderness. Soak in the splendor of the great outdoors, from nature trails through pine forests to rocking chairs that overlook a murmuring creek. Inside, discover towering totem poles, headdresses, and more, and enjoy the rustic elegance of the stone hearth and roaring fireplace.
