Disney World 50th Anniversary Pressed Pennies at Walt Disney World. It is getting hard to keep track of all the changes and merchandise released for Disney’s 50th anniversary. One overlooked item was the pressed penny machines located all around the Walt Disney World Resort. Disney updated most of the machines in the parks, and also at the resorts on the monorail resort loop to include the new pressed pennies, including the gold coin machines and dog tag makers.
We got a few of the new 50th Anniversary Pressed Pennies from the machine upstairs at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. The set included 4 new 50th anniversary coins. The 4 new ones had the 50 logo and included Orange Bird, Hei Hei, Stitch, and the new Polynesian resort penny. There seems to be a total of 51 new Pennies located around the parks. We know for sure they are in the Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

Also available are the new Gold Coins which feature the 50th Logo, Orange Bird, Mickey Mouse, or Stitch. They are available for $5.00 each or a deal of 4 for $15.00. We also saw the new Dog Tag engraving has a new Mickey Mouse Tag with the 50th logo.
