Disney has been a way for many of us to keep the creative spark alive. But they never stop pushing for more, which is why they’ve started Disney’s Imagination Campus.

The campus will be open in January 2022. A new collection of workshops for kids of all grade levels are included. With many performing arts and academic subjects offered, from Arts & Humanities, Science & Technology, and Leadership & Innovation, Disney will help students learn to apply their imaginations in all-new ways.

These workshops have been created in collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering. The curriculum will be rigorous and educational, designed to meet the needs of students facing a new world of challenges. Performing Arts workshops and performances will be offered as part of the Imagination Campus, allowing students to be involved in experiences that have been in the Disney Parks legacy for over 40 years now.

According to Maryann Smith, Vice President of Sales, Services & Events at The Walt Disney Company, the program works “with Walt Disney Imagineering, Disney Live Entertainment and other Disney thought leaders to create new educational experiences to challenge students to use their imagination, all within [our] real-world learning laboratories and performance venues across [our] theme parks.” (Disney Parks Blog)
