Jaimie Alexander to Return as Lady Sif for Marvel in 2021. The last time we saw Jamie Alexander’s Lady Sif in the MCU she made an appearance in the ABC series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Originally, Jaimie was supposed to be a part of Thor: Ragnarok, but a scheduling conflict with NBC’s Blindspot prevented Alexander from joining the cast.
Though Marvel Studios has confirmed Jaimie’s involvement in Thor: Love and Thunder, the Marvel star has teased that we will get to see Lady Sif on screen in 2021. The only Thor related project set to premiere in 2021 is the new Disney+ Marvel Studios Original Series Loki, starring Tom Hiddleston.
After being asked about her return Alexander shared, “Yes, once upon a time I was able to do that and I might have to do that again in the future so hopefully I haven’t lost that gift. What am I working on now? I do wish I could tell you, but I would probably cease to exist, don’t you think, if I actually told what I have coming up, so I can’t tell you guys but thanks for asking anyway!”

Currently, Loki is set to premiere exclusively on Disney+ in May 2021 and Thor: Love and Thunder is scheduled to premiere on February 11, 2022. Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co. for all things Marvel!
