Whether you’re a big fan of pie or not, Walt Disney World’s newest novelty snack is sure to delight you. Are you ready for a little Thanksgiving in September? Then try the Pumpkin Pie Crisped Rice Snack!
Pass up those Mickey-shaped treats this time, the Pumpkin Pie won’t be here long. Although we love the little chocolate-dipped mouse ears on a stick, there’s something extra cute about a treat shaped like something else we love to eat!
This particular snack doesn’t just look different from the usual crispy treats you’ll find in Walt Disney World, the flavor is actually somewhat different too! Though not completely off the table for those who dislike pumpkin, the orange part of the dessert has a distinctively spicy flavor, much like that of clove or other spices traditionally paired with pumpkin. It’s unmistakable, though only present in the “filling” part of the pie. The ”crust” tastes just like a regular marshmallowy treat. The “whipped cream” on top is actually a semi-solid frosting. All in all, this is an adorably-tasty fall surprise!
To find the Pumpkin Pie Crisped Rice Treat, head to Disney Springs. Skip over the Candy Cauldron, we already checked their bakery case and didn’t find this snack there. Goofy’s Candy Co. is the place you want to go to. Purchase the treat for $5.49 before tax or Annual Passholder discount.
Of all the new fall treats at Walt Disney World, this one definitely took us by surprise! It’s a great new take on an old favorite and it makes us feel ready for turkey and mashed potatoes. Will you be trying this cute new dessert?
