All 3 Universal Orlando Theme Parks have closed to new guests due to reaching capacity.
Checking the Universal Studios Orlando App it is showing that Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and Volcano Bay are closed to new guests due to capacity.

This is the first time Universal Orlando theme parks have reached capacity since reopening.
