There’s talk about a possible new dining option coming to Disney Springs! According to a recent interview in the Orlando Business Journal, a Florida restaurant owner is eyeing a Disney Springs location.
Lime Fresh Mexican Grill is a South Florida restaurant chain run by Vinay Rama, CEO of Lime Fresh Mexican Grill. Rama acquired the brand in 2018 from then-owner EverFresh Endeavors. There are 14 Lime Fresh locations in the state — all clustered in South Florida. But now Rama is expanding the franchise into Central Florida.
He believes that Lime Fresh is a brand that Orlando residents desire in their neighborhoods. It’s brand is passionate about creating memorable experiences through Mexican-inspired cuisine, Miami-inspired vibes and a universally-inspired energy. The first Lime Fresh location to return to Central Florida is in Lake Nona. However, Rama reveals he is looking into bringing his next two locations to Winter Park and Disney World property.
The restaurant chain offers tacos, burritos, salads, quest, street corn, and margaritas. It’s a fantastic menu and hungry Orlando residents are eager to check out the Lake Nona location later this month. With such good food, the possibility of a new Mexican cuisine option in Disney Springs sounds like great idea!
