It’s a new year and that means it’s time to celebrate at the Happiest Place on Earth! The Disneyland Resort is pulling out all the stops this year to ensure guests have nothing short than a magical time! As we enter 2020, Disneyland is revealing new attractions, parades, and so much more!
Embark on an out of this world adventure through Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on the planet of Batuu. This year, your journey will be taken to the limit with the opening of the new attraction, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This new interactive attraction will take guests on a mission to defend the Resistance, but be wary, for you might encounter the First Order. This new adventure will be open to the public starting January 17, 2020.
In February of the new year, guests of Disneyland park with get to enjoy a brand new original parade! “Magic Happens” will feature a new musical score, beautiful floats, and familiar friends! This daytime fun experience will make its grand debut on February 28, 2020.
Get into the action with your favorite superheros at Disney California Adventure Park with the all new Avengers Campus! This highly anticipated new land will take guests in on an adventure with some of their favorite Avengers. This land will feature an all new technologically advanced attraction featuring Spider-Man himself. Guests will also get to try some super sized eats at the new Pym Test Kitchen. We can’t wait for the Avengers Campus to open this summer!
There is so much more to enjoy this year at the Disneyland Resort. The resort will welcome the return of the cultural experiences of Lunar New Year Celebration! Soon to follow will be the annual Food and Wine Festival. Don’t forget to celebrate the 65th year of Disneyland on July 17!
