Disney has delivered a plethora of holiday cookies and cupcakes but this eclair is the best holiday dessert I’ve tasted! The eclair is filled with this rich, white chocolate peppermint filling that was cool and so satisfying. Not too thick and not too creamy. Just eclair perfection.
Topped with chocolate glaze and candy cane sprinkles, the dessert doesn’t just taste good but looks good too. I really enjoyed the balance of the topping with the pastry and filling. Honestly my favorite holiday treat on property.
The eclair can be found at the Gasparilla Island Grill quick service at the Grand Floridian Resort. This pastry case has many grab and go dessert options including a cute Minnie Mouse holiday cupcake. It is $5.49 or you can use a snack credit from the dining plan.
