Disneyland is Launching a New Program Offering Childcare for Cast Members

This fall, Disneyland Resort is launching a new program offering childcare for cast members.

This new program will help ease the financial strain of childcare for those cast members with children 12 years of age and younger. Cast members working full-time and part-time, both salaried and hourly, will be eligible.

Annually, $10 million has been committed to this new initiative. This amount will fluctuate based on usage.

Input from Cast Members with children was utilized to help this idea become a reality.
