The Sand Bar Lounge at Disneyland Resorts to Feature New Menu Items.

Summer is well on its way, which usually means new and fun items arriving at the parks!  The Sand Bar Lounge at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, located at the Disneyland Parks, will have new items added to the menu this summer!

The Sand Bar Lounge will be debuting some unique new dishes to the menu.  Starting with the spaghetti burger.  You read that right, a spaghetti burger!  This burger features a beef patty topped with mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomato spread, and arugula all sandwiched between two buns made out of fried spaghetti.

The spaghetti burger will pair nicely with the arugula salad topped with a soft-poached egg.  The arugula salad also can pair well with the Double B-L-T-A.  This sandwich features crispy bacon, braised pork-belly, butter lettuce, balsamic tomatoes, and creamy avocado on Focaccia bread.

Looking out of something simpler?  The new menu will also feature smaller dishes, such as artisan pizzas.  The Sand Bar Lounge will also feature a selection of tacos featuring duck confit with caramelized onions, pork with pineapple salsa, or a grilled shrimp with Sriracha aioli.  Other small dish selections include seafood ceviche, chicken drumsticks, chili-lime yuca fries, or sliders.

Finish off your meal at The Sand Bar Lounge with another unique dish, the Confetti Dessert nachos.  This treat features crunchy fried chips, diced strawberries, and chocolate drizzle.  The dish is then topped with vanilla whipped cream and sprinkles.
