What happened to 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort?

Winds in the east, mist coming in! We wish somethin was brewin’ at 1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian. The guest-favorite restaurant has been closed since the Covid-caused closures. We’re wondering what is happening with the dining spot!

1900 Park Fare offered character dining for both breakfast and dinner. The Supercalifragilistic Breakfast featured characters like Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, Tigger, and Winnie the Pooh. Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner featured Cinderella and Prince Charming along with other Cinderella characters like her evil stepmother and stepsisters.

The turn-of-the-century decor was whimsical and fun. And guests didn’t want to miss Big Bertha, a turn-of-the-century, fancifully designed organ from France!

The most recent news regarding the restaurant and if/when it’ll reopen comes from planDisney panelists in August 2023 and again just a couple weeks ago. One panelist spoke with a Cast Member who said there had been no updates about 1900 Park Fare reopening. They have confirmed that there is no set reopening date and we’ll just have to continue to wish upon a star that it’ll reopen.
