Second Year of “Knott’s Berry Farm for the Cure” Campaign

For the second consecutive year, Knott’s Berry Farm and Susan G. Komen, Orange County are teaming up in a campaign to raise funds for breast cancer research, awareness, and services for women and families affected by this disease in “Knott’s Berry Farm for the Cure.” From now through March 27, 2015, special merchandise will be available, with proceeds of sales going to the Susan G. Komen foundation. Waterfalls at Camp Snoopy, the Calico Mine Ride, and the Knott’s Berry Farm Main Gate will all flow with pink water, and some rides and areas of the park will be decked out in pink as well.

Visitors to Knott’s Berry Farm will have the option of purchasing a specially themed “Pink Ticket,” which will allow a portion of the price to be donated to Susan G. Komen, Orange County. “Pink Tickets” are $39 for adults and $35 for children and seniors, and can be purchased at the Knott’s Berry Farm park website.

The Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, parent company of Knott’s Berry Farm, has raised over $1 million for the Susan G. Komen Foundation over the last five years, and is looking forward to a second year with “Knott’s Berry Farm for the Cure,” to benefit Orange County.
