According to an exclusive report from The GWW, “The GWW has learned that a Hulk movie is on the way and it is currently being called, World War Hulk. Yes, we are finally have a new “solo” Hulk film in active development at Marvel Studios and we were told it is currently slated to start production in late 2022, likely following the events of the upcoming She-Hulk series on Disney+.“
Just last year Mark Ruffalo himself claimed he wasn’t sure that Marvel Studios wanted to venture further into Hulk or Bruce Banner’s story, and felt he may move into a support role as the next generation of heroes step up to face off the forces of evil and destruction.

Given Ruffalo’s history of sharing spoilers, like infamously live-streaming the first 10 mins of Thor: Ragnarok during the world premiere by accident, it comes as no surprise that Marvel would be keeping a tight lip with Mark about any future plans for his characters. Marvel Studios President and CCO Kevin Feige has also shared that contract changes with talent will prevent actors and actresses from knowing too much about their future in the MCU.
