Is maintaining your fitness routine while on your Disney vacation important to you? If you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort hotel there are several ways to fit in a workout during your vacation. In honor of National Physical Fitness and Sports Month let’s look at some of the ways you can fit in your workout at Disneyland!
Because everyone is different and you may want to get in your workout before, after or even in between visits to the theme parks, all three of the on-property hotels have fitness centers that are open 24/7. Each workout facility has treadmills, bicycles, elliptical, stair climbers, free weights and weight machines.
If you’re looking to start your day with renewed energy you’ll want to check out the morning classes at the new Eureka Studio at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. Their “Grand Morning Stretch” will help improve circulation and release tension. Or you can work on promoting strength and stability in a mat pilates class. There is really no better way to center yourself during your Disney vacation!
And if you want to try something a little more “Disney” for your workout every morning guests who are staying at any of the resort hotels can join a two-mile power walk through Disney California Adventure park before the park opens for guests. This walk is lead by a Disneyland Resort guest activities cast member! So not only can you stay in shape with this power walk, you’ll also learn a little trivia and get a peek at this special, early morning time in the park.
