April Magolon of Upper Darby Pennsylvania claims she was groped by Donald Duck at Walt Disney World in May of 2008. April says she was touched inappropriately by Donald and is filling a lawsuit in the tune of $50,000. She said the costumed character grabbed her chest and made joking gestures while she was holding one of her kids, according to a 38-page civil lawsuit.
April Magolon said that she is traumatized two years after the incident and suffers from anxiety, headaches, nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks and digestive problems.
What do you think? Can the characters really tell what they are grabbing or are there just tons of padding there and obstructed view? Let us know in the comment section below.

People like this make me sick. Really? 2 years ago, and you’re just filing a suit now? Sooner or later, there will be no physical contact with characters at all because of fear of litigation… What has this world come to?
“anxiety, headaches, nausea, cold sweats, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks and digestive problems.”??? Sounds to me like she put the trip on her credit card, has been stressing over how to pay it off, and just figured something out. What a loser.
My question is, if she was so tramatized why wait over 2 years!! Goofy acciently knocked our son over, he was fine & thought it was funny, but we had 2 “handlers” come over & talk with us, plus they called our room the next day to see if he was OK & Goofy sent him a gift card to his candy store. So I am really indoubt on this as they do have so many handlers & such.
