Wheelchair Friendly Attractions – Journey into Imagination

Another wheelchair friendly attraction at Walt Disney World is Journey Into Imagination at the Imagination! Pavilion in Epcot’s Future World.

This attraction has a special ride vehicle that allows you to stay in your wheelchair. When you are in the queue just let the Cast Members know you would like to stay in your wheelchair. Once the adaptive vehicle arrives, the Cast Member will fold down the ramp and help you into the ride vehicle. Once you are in, lock your brakes, and the Cast Member will spin you around and you are all set to go. The ride is really smooth so you don’t have to worry about your wheelchair moving around.
