Two new board members have been appointed to the Walt Disney Company
The Walt Disney Company has announced two new board members will be joining the Disney Board: James P. Gorman and Sir Jeremy Darroch.

James P. Gorman is a well-known name in the financial world. He’s the Chairman and CEO of Morgan Stanley, a major global financial company. Gorman has been with Morgan Stanley since 2006 and became CEO in 2010. Under his leadership, the company has seen a lot of growth and success. Gorman will join the Disney Board on February 5, 2024.
Sir Jeremy Darroch is a seasoned executive in the media industry. He was the Group Chief Executive of Sky, a large television company in Europe. During his time at Sky, Darroch played a significant role in expanding the company’s services. His appointment to the Disney Board will be effective from January 9, 2024.
