Walls Finally Down Between Guest Services and Restrooms in EPCOT. In the past, when Connections Cafe and Eatery were being built, there was a walkway to go around the backside of the Guest Services. Walls surrounded the whole area. In fact, a lot of people are referring to Epcot as “WallCot”, and who can blame them with how many walls surround the World Celebration neighborhood?

After Connections and Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind opened, the walls stayed up and Disney rerouted guests to go between Connections and Creation Shop.

Now construction is finally completed, just over a year after the Connections and Creations Shop opened, the walls have come down between Spaceship Earth and Guest Services. Disney got rid of the walkway, and it is now just a landscaped area. The important thing here is that we are finally seeing major construction projects coming to an end and walls coming down.
