Candy fans, rejoice! The walls are down around The Main Street Confectionary in the Magic Kingdom, giving us all hope that the store will be open again very soon! Though it has been closed since March 29th, it appears as though it will be open before Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration begins on October 1st.

When the Main Street Confectionery reopens, there will be a brand new look and expanded layout. There will also be all new interactive activities to customize your sweets!

As more upgrades and refurbishments are finalized, we cannot wait to see what the Magic Kingdom looks like when guests enter the gates on October 1st.
