Pop Century Resort is my personal favorite of Disney’s value category. The theming takes you on a discovery of the decades while the Hippy Dippy pool can entertain the kids for hours and the newly refurbished rooms look incredible! I especially love the food court at Everything POP Shopping and Dining. During this recent visit, we stopped by for breakfast and checked out the Breakfast Bread Bowl.
This bowl is packed full of breakfast meat, sausage gravy, spinach, eggs and topped with cheddar cheese. You can eat all of that yummy goodness out of the bowl first or go all in and eat your bowl with your stuffing. Either way, YUM! It’s a great way to start your park day.
