Video: Walt Disney Imagineering Brings Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to Life

Disney fans, get ready for an exciting glimpse into the future of Disney parks! In an all new video posted to YouTube by the New Orleans Book Festival, Walt Disney Imagineering provides a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the upcoming attraction, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. This new ride is set to replace Splash Mountain at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland.

The 40+ minute long video features a panel that includes Imagineers Charita Carter and Carmen Smith, along with “honorary Imagineer” Stella Chase, as they delve into the process of bringing Princess Tiana’s world to life. Walt Disney Imagineering is known for its innovative storytelling and immersive experiences, and Tiana’s Bayou Adventure promises to be no exception.

Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is scheduled to open in the Magic Kingdom park at Walt Disney World Resort in Summer 2024 and at Disneyland Park in 2024, with the specific season yet to be announced. You can learn more about what it took to bring the world of Tiana to life in the video below.
