A heartwarming video has gone viral both on and off TikTok featuring Queen Anna greeting Zoe Tapley immediately while using ASL. Zoe and her family were happily shocked and surprised at the interaction with Zoe responding to the camera with “WOW!” as she approached the Queen of Arendelle. Zoe quickly dove into a full-blown conversation with Queen Anna as her mom Jeanette fought back tears during the magical moment during their recent visit to Disneyland.

Many of the Disney meet and greet characters know basic signs and greetings in ASL to share with guests, but Queen Anna was able to hold a full conversation with Zoe which was an extra special surprise for the Tapleys.
Zoe’s father Jesse shared with Good Morning America, “[Princess Anna] must have seen us signing to each other. Sometimes the characters will know, like, ‘What’s your name?’ or ‘Nice to meet you’ and that’s awesome. But when she said, ‘Can I sign?’ I was like, ‘Yeah, go ahead.‘” He continued, “We’ve been to Disney many times and by far it was our best interaction we’ve ever had. It was one of those things where she got to feel the magic rather than being filtered through mom and dad.“
