I found in the WDWMagic Forums where a person from the Disney Bus Operations talks more about the incident, and what happened to the irate person in the video.

While waiting at Hollywood Studios for the Epcot bus we captured the tail end of a Disneyworld brawl : my friends and i were sitting by the line for the bus and i hurried to get my camera out. i missed recording the most intense part of this fight though.
this is what happened: a man and his wife with her baby were waiting for the bus. there wasn’t enough room on the bus so the bus driver told them he would call another one. the man was enraged and THREW THE BABY AT THE BUS DRIVER. the woman got her baby and moved back away from them. (then i started recording) thats when the man started attacking the bus driver then everyone called security over…. HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH?

The guy even said something about because he has a baby he’s supposed to have priority. Ummm, clue for ya guy….no.
As for me…if I was on that bus, I’d get up and get off it. He can have my seat if he wants, but I would NOT under any circumstances ride with him on the bus. Who knows what he’d do when the bus is in motion.
He’s foreign..at least that’s what it looks like to me…that’s one thing we noticed when we were there..they seem to think they are here and are privailaged to have them..i was sooo over the foreigners when were there..it was ridiculous

Bus waiting at Disney is bad but this is no excuse for losing your temper in this way, no matter who you are.
This is the MAJOR problem at Disney. Crowd control at the bus stops both at the parks and, more importantly, at the resorts. There are no stanchions/ropes or barricades to direct the access to the buses. MY wife and I will not take the bus we rent a car; it is worth it to avoid this aggravation. We are Disney vacation club members
