Updated 2020 Theatrical Release Schedule for Disney Films Revealed. The Walt Disney Company has announced the modified 2020 theatrical release schedule for movies made by Disney, Marvel Studios, 20th Century, Disney-Pixar, and more! Many films were forced to reschedule after the COVID-19 pandemic shut theater doors for the Spring and Summer of 2020, with many titles being pushed to Fall and Winter release dates or even pushed back as far as 2021-2023!
Here is the updated theatrical release date for the most anticipated titles from The Walt Disney Company:

“Lin-Manuel Miranda’s hit Tony Award winning musical makes its way to Disney+ 15 months early featuring a version of the show that was shot at The Richard Rodgers Theatre on Broadway in June 2016 and features the entire original cast. This version of Hamilton isn’t just a single camera recording of the original Broadway cast, but rather a form of “live capture” that sends cameras all around the stage in order to grant audiences access to every intimate moment. The process is described as taking the best elements of live theater, film, and streaming to create a whole new way to view Hamilton.”
