Universal’s Volcano Bay Will Begin Closing Two Days Of The Week Starting In September

Starting on September 8th, Universal’s waterpark Volcano Bay will be closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week. Universal announced this weekend that due to “operational needs and fall travel trends,” the park will only be operating 5 days a week.

There are still ticket deals for guests wanting to purchase tickets to Volcano Bay. Until September 30th you can purchase an annual pass and get three months free, or add Volcano Bay onto the new Florida Residents ticket deal.

The Universal Resort in Orlando also recently closed two of its hotels temporarily and some rides in their main theme parks. We will continue to announce any closures or changes from Universal.
