We recently announced that Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Aventura Hotel would be temporarily closing on August 21st. They join Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites which haven’t opened since the closures hit. Dockside Inn and Suites was scheduled to have it’s grand opening this summer and has been pushed back with the other hotels for the remainder of 2020.

Guests with reservations at Aventura and Sapphire Falls were either moved to other hotel accommodations or asked if they would like to reschedule. Guests that chose to stay were moved from Sapphire Falls to Hard Rock Hotel or Loews Royal Pacific Resort or Aventura to Cabana Bay.

There isn’t an exact date when these four Universal Orlando Resort hotels will reopen. We will continue to update on these closures and any others that may arise during this time.
