Universal Orlando to have phased reopening tomorrow
Universal Orlando Resort has announced that it will begin a phased reopening tomorrow, September 30. The resort was closed yesterday and today due to Hurricane Ian.
Universal Orlando posted about the reopening on Twitter:
“We continue to conduct assessment and recovery efforts across our entire destination with the safety of our guests and team members being our top priority. We expect to begin a phased reopen of portions of our destination for our hotel guests only beginning Friday, Sept. 30.
We will update our website and social channels with information on park hours as conditions allow.”
It appears that as of right now only Universal hotel guests will be able to visit the theme parks tomorrow. Park hours are also available online.
Universal Studios Florida will be open from 8 am to 5 pm. Universal’s Islands of Adventure will be open from 9 am to 8 pm. Universal’s Volcano Bay will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. Universal CityWalk will be open from 8 am to 2 am.
