Universal Orlando Follows Disney with Raising the Annual Pass Price AND Parking Fees.

We all knew it was coming once Disney raised their prices just a few days ago. As of today, Universal Orlando has raised the parking fee as well as the prices for the annual pass.

Let’s first talk about the increase in the annual pass price. What do you think about the increase in the prices? Do you think they should have waited until next year or was it the right move to change right along with Disney? The new annual pass prices are listed below.

Non-Florida Residents:

  • Power Pass with select black-out days$239.99 plus tax.
  • Preferred Pass without black-out days $334.99 plus tax.

Florida Residents:

  • Power Pass, with select black-out days $214.99 plus tax from $189.99 plus tax.
  • Preferred Pass without black-out days $294.99 plus tax from $259.99 plus tax.

Now let’s talk about my not so favorite subject, PARKING FEES! I find it very difficult to pay so much to park my car to visit a theme park that I just spent so much money on tickets for, and I know for those that drive I’m not alone. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely LOVE visiting the theme parks, but I hate paying for parking. Ok mild rant over….for now!
