The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin also offers Reception Only Packages. This is ideal for a couple interested in holding their ceremony at another location, with a reception at our resort. Generally, wedding receptions are for 50 people or more. Although our ballroom can accommodate more than 1,000 people for a wedding, 100-200 people is the average. These events typically consist of a one-hour cocktail reception with hors d’ oeuvres, followed by a three-hour reception, featuring dinner, wedding festivities, and cake. The ballroom, upgraded hotel linen, dance floor, and staging are included in your package price per person.
