The Tomorrowland Transit Authority has been closed since March and remained close once the parks reopened back in July.
When the PeopleMover got closed a few months ago, Disney didn’t say exactly why, some people assumed it had to do something with the TRON roller coaster construction, however, Disney updated their website and now it says is closed for refurbishment.
There’s no set date for a reopening but if you click on the calendar on the Disney World website, you can see that on November 1st the PeopleMover could be back on.
So if you are planing a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort anytime soon, you will not be able to enjoy a relaxing ride on the PeopleMover but there are plenty of other attractions around the park that you can enjoy!
