Tom Holland Wants to Join the Cast of Marvel's 'WandaVision' Disney+ Series

Tom Holland Wants to Join the Cast of Marvel’s ‘WandaVision‘ Disney+ Series. Recently Onward and Spider-Man star, Tom Holland spoke with MTV about which new 2020 Marvel Studios Disney+ series he would want to be a part of. Tom wasted no time on his decision and quickly chose WandaVision over The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Loki.

“I think the WandaVision show looks really cool,” Holland told MTV. “I don’t really know what it’s about and it looks very stylistic, it almost looks like a bit of a sitcom with the way they’ve shot it. I don’t really understand what is going on but it looks really cool. Paul and Elisabeth are like two of the nicest people I know and I would love to work with them some more and get to know them a little bit better. So if I could put Spider-Man in the WandaVision show that’d be great Kevin Feige, so if you want to do that you know my number.”

Marvel Studios’ WandaVision blends the style of classic sitcoms with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany)—two super-powered beings living their ideal suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems. The new series is directed by Matt Shakman; Jac Schaeffer is head writer. WandaVision debuts on Disney+ December 2020.

WandaVision will be stacked with plenty of cameos, new characters, and talent that it’s no surprise Holland would want Spider-Man to get in on the action, but we can’t wait to see him swing into theaters for his third Spider-Man centered film in July 2021!

Are you excited for WandaVision and Spider-Man 3? What other Marvel Studios titles are you excited to see in theaters or exclusively on Disney+? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Be sure to check back here at Chip and Co for all things Marvel and Disney+
