This TikTok-er has Fun with Stickers Around His Neighborhood. Street artist and viral TikTok-er Rudy Willingham wanted to spread some much-needed cheer with his neighbors, so he decided to add stickers and cutouts to everyday objects around town to bring joy to the neighborhood.
