“The Voice UK” contestant, Chris James, who is an audiobook narrator from Norwich, delighted viewers with his version of Disney’s “Prince Ali” from the animated classic, “Aladdin“.
When asked why he chose to do that song he said:
“I do a lot of songs so I was like, I could do something rock, could do something country, then I was just like ‘oh yeah.’ Honestly, I just wanted to let the crowd have a good time and sing a song people like. Because that’s what I do.”
His performance stood out enough that judge Olly Murs turned his chair around, sending Chris to the battle rounds!
