Introducing El Mercado de Coronado! Formerly known as the Pepper Market, the food court at the Coronado Springs Resort recently underwent some refurbishment. Gone are the large, colorful statues and in their place, a more modern look and feel. But don’t worry! There are still traces of the former décor scattered about the new space. Let’s take a look.
There are newly redone signs letting guests know the hours of operation, as well as Dining Plan information.
The self serve area still features bottled drinks, snacks and grab and go options, just with a more modern feel.
The peppers are back! They managed to survive the refurbishment process and even got a little upgrade of their own.
Refurbishment is still ongoing so the magical construction walls will be around for a bit longer.
Now let’s take a look at the breakfast menu being offered at El Mercado de Coronado.
There is a screen alerting guests of the hours of operation for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, followed by the individual breakfast stations.
For breakfast, guests can choose from the following stations:
- El Centro Breakfast
- Waffles, Pancakes & More… (kids)
- Breakfast Bowls
- Breakfast Sandwiches
- Omelet Station
- Breakfast Pastries
- Waffles, Pancakes & More… (adults)
